Buffalo Cauliflower

My pandemic snack of choice has been buffalo cauliflower. I don't bother with batter and breading it kike you would see at your local wing place; though when I started I did.

No, I just chop the head into manageable crowns, toss them in buffalo sauce and pop it into my air fryer. Personally, I've found the poultry setting (360F for 12 minutes) to work just fine.

Sometimes it takes two tosses to get the right coating.

With some blue cheese and I'm a happy chef.

It's not deep fried, and the cauliflower is filling without being too heavy on the calories. Helps get through a long work from home day.
