Hello world!
Having been a programmer in a past life, this seems like a totally viable first post. What can you expect here at RealChefTom.com? Well, as you see above, I am a chef, in fact I'm one of a handful of Certified Research Chefs, a Synthwave DJ, and an aspiring woodworker.
So here you will see lots of posts about each of these, and their intersections. What intersections, you ask? Well, I do a lot with local promoters here in Rhode Island, including managing artist relations and keeping green rooms stocked with food and drink. So you can imagine what we're going to find combines together.
I'm also a contributor for NEON.fm, the online radio station for NEON RetroFest, so expect a lot of updates around that here as well, but don't expect any spoilers as I won't be announcing anything before they're officially announced.
I'll try to organize everything with tags as best as I can, so they you can filter for whatever part of this is most interesting to you. But I recommend checking it all out.
