I don't understand electricity.

The V3.1 board is built. I worked for several nights trying to diagnose it, as it was doing some weird shit.

In the end, I just needed to turn the voltage on my power supply down to 4.7v?!
I'm no electrical engineer, so I don't understand why, but it's working now, even at the full 1MHz.
