Sweet Heat Haddock

For the February installment of the Holbrook Public Library’s Chopped Challenge, we were given:

• Ramen Noodles

• Hershey Kisses

• Club Crackers with Cheddar Cheese

• Fish (supply from home)

I turned that into:

Seared Haddock with a Mole Inspired Sweet Heat Sauce over Ramen “Rice”
