Oatmeal Crusted Chicken with Spicy Peep-Clementine Sauce

This month I got to have some fun with Easter candy. Melting peeps into orange juice was so much fun. The chicken flavored instant rice was a help with balancing the sweetness of the clementine’s and peeps.
