This Saturday (2/23/23) I will be presenting an introduction to Induction Cooking with Belmont Light at the Belmont Public Library!

In this session, we will cover the basics of using an induction cooktop; mostly what does and does not work, and some of the advantages over gas and conventional electric. As part of this demonstration, I’ll be preparing a classic Chicken Carbonara dish, to demonstrate how fast it can boil water as well as heat up cast iron for cooking!

As of the time of this post, it is in fact sold out! Which blows my mind, and I can’t help but say thank you to everyone for the support!
